Institutional Overview

Triyuga Janata Multiple Campus (TJMC), a community based non-profit motive campus, was established in 2044 BS to address the local thrust of access to higher education. The campus currently offers programs in Bachelors and Masters Level with diverse program options i.e. BA, BBS, B.Ed, M. Ed and MBS. There are 36 teaching faculties, both full timers and part timers.

TJMC is situated in Triyuga Municipality, Ward No. 03, Gaighat, Udaypur. The Campus Senate with 127 members is the top most layers in organizational structure that governs this higher education institution, which represents community people, educationalists, faculties and students. The campus senate formulates and amends the rule and regulation of campus.

26 members Campus Management Committee (CMC) is responsible for the overall execution of its policies and programs. TJMC follows academic curriculum of Tribhuvan University. Hence, from the aspect of governance system, academic governance is tie up with affiliating university, i.e. Tribhuvan University. The campus has functional autonomy in financial and administrative governance with objectives of extending and offering quality higher education, establishing research and innovation culture, promoting teaching and learning activities, and providing counseling to the students.

The TJMC owns 8 bigha, 9 katthas and 9 Dhur of land. It has 18 buildings running classes and administration. There are 51 rooms in total, 28 used for teaching learning and the rest for administrative purposes.

PRT(UGC)REPORT

TJMC will be one of the complete and autonomous academic center of higher education in eastern region Nepal. To create academic atmosphere along with physical infrastructure for the sake of quality education by expanding skill oriented and professional educational programs.

To develop campus economically and physically better off as a hub of higher education through stakeholder’s direct participation and donor agencies financial aid and grants.

To acquire Quality Assurance & Accreditation (QAA) certification in order to meet International Universities Framework.
